Inviting your team

Invite people to your organisation and give each one a role: Owner, Admin or User. The Team page lists everyone, and anyone invited who has not yet joined.

Roles

Role	What they can do
Owner	Everything an Admin can, and hand ownership to someone else. One per organisation.
Admin	Invite and remove people, change the Library, and change the organisation’s Settings, including Safe Integrations and Secure LLM.
User	Work with StoriBot: make and run Stories, share them, connect systems, and make jobs. Can see the Library and the Team page but not change them.

Whoever makes an organisation is its Owner.

Inviting someone

Admins and the Owner see Invite on the Team page.

1. Enter one or more email addresses, separated by commas.
2. Tick Grant admin privileges to make them Admins. Leave it clear for Users.
3. Send. Each person gets an email with a link.

Until they accept, they show on the Team page as pending. To withdraw an invitation, open the menu on their row and choose Delete Invitation.

Accepting an invitation

The link in the email opens StoriBot. Someone new signs up there and lands in your organisation. Someone who already has an account logs in, and your organisation is added to the ones they can switch between.

Removing someone

Admins and the Owner can open the menu on a row and choose Remove User. That person loses access to the organisation at once. The Owner cannot be removed, and neither can the last Admin; make someone else an Admin, or hand ownership on, first.

A job keeps running as the person who made it. If they leave the organisation, the job’s receivers are told and the job is paused. See Jobs.

Handing on ownership

Only the Owner can do this. Open the menu on any active member’s row and choose Transfer ownership. The new Owner becomes an Admin if they were a User, and the previous Owner stays in the organisation as an Admin.
