Using organisations

An organisation is where your Stories, Library, jobs and connected systems live. Everyone in it shares them.

Each organisation has its own:

  • Stories, and their share links.
  • Library: skills, rules, agents, presets, the company’s memory, and the voice and brand files.
  • Integrations: the systems connected and the operations granted on each.
  • Jobs.
  • Settings: Safe Integrations, Secure LLM, billing and email.
  • Credits. Work done in an organisation is paid for by that organisation.

Nothing crosses between organisations. A Stori in one cannot read another’s systems, files or Library.

You can belong to several: your company’s, and a client’s that invited you, for example. Switch between them from the organisation menu in the app; the ones you own are marked Owner.

A chat with StoriBot belongs to the organisation it started in. It works there, reads that organisation’s memory, voice and brand, and bills there. It does not look into your other organisations unless you name one or ask for something that is not in this one, and when it does, it tells you which organisation it is in.

Choose Create a new organisation from the organisation menu and give it a name of at least four characters. You are its Owner. StoriBot’s setup then asks which skill series to switch on and for the company’s website, so its first chat can start from what the company does.

Mail you send StoriBot as a new task runs in your home organisation. Set it once, under Settings, then Email: Make this my home organisation. See Email.
